VELISEA currently ships across India.

We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure secure and timely delivery to most serviceable PIN codes across the country.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festivals, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on eligible orders as announced on our Website or promotional campaigns.
Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Incorrect address
Incorrect mobile number
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept the package

the order may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our Customer Support before your order is shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

Inspect the package before accepting it.
If possible, refuse delivery if the package is severely damaged.
If accepted, record an unboxing video while opening the package.
Report any damage, missing items, or incorrect products to our Customer Support within48 hours of delivery.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Contact our Customer Support within 48 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier’s investigation process.

International Shipping

Currently, VELISEA ships only within India.
